Embed Voicethread into a Canvas Course

Step 1: Create a New Assignment

Step 2: Select the "Submission Type"

Open the drop-down menu (the default value of "Online" will be visible) and select "External Tool". The Submission Type field will change to display "External Tool Options".

Type “Voicethread” into the search box (1). Click “Find” (2). The “Configure External Tool” popup window will be displayed.

Click the “VoiceThread” link from the alphabetical list of tools. Click “Select”. The tool is now included in the Assignment framework and will be part of the published assignment.
